I used Opus Live Weather Engine and Thomas Ruth's beautiful freeware Boeing 727 for this shots.

Enjoy and thanks for looking!

Spectacular looking shots, the colours in these are absolutely fantastic, the first and second ones are my favorites. I love that aircraft too, I haven't seen one of those (live) since I was a kid and my dad used to take me down to Toronto Airport (CYYZ) to watch the aircraft land and takeoff on Runway 24R. Thanks for sharing these. :)

Thank you for sharing those great screenshots Karsten!  The 727 was always one of my favorite aircraft, it just looks fast even sitting on the tarmac...  Rather noisy and smoky of course, but I considered that a feature not a bug! 8)   Not as comfy to fly in though...

Great set Karsten.

The 727 is still a fine looker even it is now a bit long in the tooth.

The scenery is just fantastic, never seen Britain from this high up.

I flew at 17.000 feet. It's high enough for me. ::)

Very nice shots Karsten , i like them all!  Is the EGPH the default airport or a payware one?

It' the default Edinburgh Airport.
