Getting in place for the Kruger NP

Recommended Posts

After an intermediate stop at Ladysmith we choose the right plane, obviously, as we can see in the background.

Following the long roads (namely the N4) in South Africas mainland lead us to eMakhazeni.

After turning north we reach Ohrigstad, ...

... pass the Three Rondavels at the top end of the Panorama Route, ...

Excellent set Gerold with the usual great OLC scenery.

The Three Rondavels sounds like one of those circus balancing acts!

Thanks, Martyn, a pleasure to explore OLC.

Good idea to remember these circus acts, it was such a long time ago I saw such things...

Very nice OLC scenery as always, great 'plane - glad you avoided any SAMs on the way :D

Thanks for your comment TT. You leave me thinking... what is a SAM - Slings And Margaritas? Steaks and mushrooms? Help!

OLC is excellent scenery and isn't Asia going to be great!

Today life is one big circus and as much as I used to like them, today there are far too many clowns.:o:ph34r::lol:

Excellent shots Gerold, there's a lifetime of flying in this huge area.

You´re right Jack, and this is only OLC. Compare this with detailed Photoreal or the Okavango scenery...

Thanks for a great set Gerold, many a place familiar to me from my youth.

Cheers

Graeme :)

You make me proud, Graeme, having caused such great memories. And I hope we can travel there soon to discover or refresh...
