The number in the left upper corner are they frames ? And if yes how did you manage to display them ?

I use RTSS (RivaTuner) to keep fps steady at 30. There's a button in the UI that allows you to start when windows starts and to display fps. Those two buttons are right next to each other on the top left of the UI. You don't have to start with windows, but then you have to start RTSS ever time you start the computer.
