Immersion Manager.exe unhandled exception

I'm getting the following OS event entry when shutting down P3D which can cause issues with other items shutting down:

My hunch is this is related to the install path C:\Program Files\Parallel 42\Immersion Manager\Immersion Manager.exe which is OS protected.  I know original release there was no option to relocate the install ... do we have that option now?
