737 NGXu right wing fuel or water venting?

Question

Sometimes when I load up the PMDG737 NGXu  it looks like fuel/water is venting from the right wing. Anyone else seeing this?

It's supposed to be fuel venting filling the wings. Personally I've never seen the real thing vent by just filling up the wings. There's a valve the prevents overfilling so it shouldn't vent. The only time I've seen it vent is when a Captain who also was an engineer overrode the valve to try to push more fuel in the wings in a warm climate. Created a fuel spill and quick deplaning. The other times would be cold fuel warming up during the day when sitting for a while, but again rare.
