First trip into Bar Harbour

Recommended Posts

Just when I thought the Orbx "elves" couldn't do better I paid a visit to Bar Harbour.:)

I am really impressed.... To me, the vegetation looks totally natural  for later in the summer season.

As well , I found some interesting little "scenes" to examine, and still have many more to discover.

All I can say is Ladies and Gentlemen I am impressed. You did good, nah much better than GOOD!!!!!

Thank you team for the effort you put into this little gem. It is simply outstanding.:)

Cheers

Not a lot of dialogue this time as in the first bit I was concentrating on my skill development.

So here we are Jack @Jack Sawyer  - a landing:D

Nicely done Pete, easy peasy.

Ah Jack.

Every the optimist :)

You continue to have such faith in me. It looks good, but I can tell you it was anything but

My palms were sweating and my heart was racing , let me tell you

Your flying skills are inspirational to folks like me. I keep reminding myself that even you started out as a neophyte

but you rapidly advanced, however I seem to be stuck in "10 crashes, 1 kinda ok landing" mode

See you

Pete

I used to live north of here many years ago. The Orbx team did such a fantastic job - to me it looks spot on real life :)

You never know, but a more reliable method is to watch for an old pickup truck by the side of the road with a sign that says "Canners".

They're lobsters with missing body parts (i.e. maybe only a single claw) but the prices are really good , and they taste just as wonderful :D

Cheers
