Recommended Posts

The Flu and Winter Blues. Thankful for FSX SE and ORBX Simulation Systems and my Fireplace. Here are a few shots from around the Globe. Couldn't find The Great Barrier Reef or The Great Wall of China.

I know what you mean about the winter blues ....... anyway remarkable shots from around the globe . FYI -  The Great Barrier Reef is off the NE coast of Queensland tho the depiction with Orbx original AU was less than overwhelming . However the new version of AU out this year upgrades the reef depiction substantially . :):)

Cheers

What a great series of images from around the globe.

FTX AUS was the first ORBX release and I think it has stood the test of time really well and it looks even better with the OZx add ons.:)

What a cool city tour!  I wish I had the coordinates for the pyramids, now I HAVE to go there next, I love these and they've been on my bucket list since I was knee high to a paramecium!

Thanks Jack, I left Cairo and headed where I saw civilization.

M110A2, well, that really was a picker-upper here in mid January. Your selection of landmarks was excellent, and your shot of each was just right. I found myself forgetting today's winter chill and remembering all the great places and moments of past travels. Thanks a lot!

Thank You Rodger, you are welcome Sir. Old Man Winter has been okay so far here in Western New York up until a few days ago with Rochester lying between two Great Lakes: Erie and Ontario we're about to get hit with our first major snow storm of the season of 12" or more. It's been below freezing for a good week now with Canadas Arctic Blast.
