answered Recommended Vector settings?

Does anyone have any screenshots of the best settings of what to tick and untick in the Vector control panel?

I used to have a set screenshots but lost them.

 Thanks

Dang Carlos, that was FAST!  Thanks, but if I remember I had maybe the tunnel exits off and maybe some others in the first screen. I’m gonna try your settings and see what happens.  Many thanks my friend!

Exactly same as mine. I ticked Tertiary roads of to reduce the roads cutting through the scenery.

These kind of roads often are baked in the ground textures which give more realism for me.

Not checked recently if the info is still valuable...

I do not have FTX Australia installed, and I had a while ago some display issues, for instance with the shape of an aussie lake, and was advised to untick that option.

And the lake returned to his actual shape.

So, if you do not have FTX Australia, and find some issues, might be worth trying it...

Thanks Phil!  I have Oz so I keep it ticked.  I wonder what lake it was though?

Hi,

Bear in mind that Vector is more a Ram killer than a CPU killer...for 32 bits versions.

Since we have 64 bits P3D, we can enable what we want to see without any BSD !

Wow... long time ago... the lake which was overflown on the test leg of one of the latest GAAR's (partially square shores instead of soft curved shores...)

I remember I made a post on this forum, and got the solution from here, but when...?

Sorry, here was my post...
