Nice one!   What model is this as I’m considering a biz-jet to add to my fleet. A Lear 35 would be nice as I would prefer steam gauges.  Presuming this is P3dv4?  Edit:   Should of read title!

Hi Folks,

Yep - that Ryan guy can put together some very nice presentations... Beautiful set - sir...

It's the Flysimware Lear - and it's up there as one of my favorite aircraft of all time in FS - same shelf as the Digital Aviation Cheyenne in FS9/FSX... There are two jets in this league - one is the Flysimware Lear 35 the other is the other is the Xtreme Prototypes Lear 25... While I only have the Flysimware version - based on feedback - it's pretty safe to say that both are well done and liked a great deal by their respective communities... The Xtreme Prototypes has a little better modeling/textures - except they didn't make the REX Wx Radar or GTN 3rd party gauges in 3D  - they just sit flat in 2D in their panel (which is odd) - it's a bit heavier on frames as well... The Flysimware Lear - is very light on the frames with modeling and texturing that lags a bit behind the Xtreme Prototypes Lear - however - both the GTN and REX Wx Radar are full 3D models... The systems modeling is really where the Flysimware Lear excels - things just work as they should - unlike some other brands we know...

I've painted it seven times - which is an all time record for me - LOL - should say something about my opinion of it...

I know Ryan has both so he would be able to offer better insights than I on the differences between both models...

That said - these jets are rockets - so you need to be on your A game to fly them well - as things happen fast - very fast - when you can launch with 6000 FPM climbs...

I'm really a GA prop guy - but this video made me take the plunge a couple years ago - and I'm thankful it did as flying this type of plane is truly a hoot... Fast enough to get you down range pretty quick - all weather capable - yet still able to get into all your favorite GA spots with reasonable runway length... The textures have been updated a bit since this video - however they're still not Carenado...

Regards,
Scott
