Spokane to Bonners Ferry

Recommended Posts

Spokane to Bonner's Ferry is absolutely one of my favorite flights.  I usually fly east to Coeur d'Alene, then north to Bonner's Ferry.  Felts Field is such a great airport to showcase the old planes of the 40's and 50's.  Well done.

They are showing up just fine for me Karsten , and boy did you capture some great shots of Lake Pend Oreille . My folks had a summer home there for many years and I have some great memories of our family's time on the lake . :):)

Cheers

John

Wonderful flight, I can just hear those Merlins disturbing the peace.

One of the things I like so much about this pastime are the memories it brings back, both in seeing an old plane or flying over a location.

Sounds like some great memories re kindled for you John.

A nice winter tour, Karsten, and even if the climb rate was not too high you could avoid to destroy the details of the Spokane scenery.
