Looks great, my only concern as a sailor, it's a little dangerous to have all your sails up at the dock!

Last time I was at the marina, I don't recall seeing any sails.  In real life it's mostly crab boats and the like.

Would you mind telling me what sky and cloud texture sets you're using? These look amazing!

 

No worries if you have Rex TD have a look in the shared themes for em4 that's the one im using.

Excellent looking scenery right down to the effects of the salt air on the signage and rooves!

I absolutely *LOVE* the texturing that has been done on the buildings, signs and other various objects. Such attention to detail gives the airstrip a very realistic rustic look. The rusty texture sets really do a fantastic job of showing the effects sea spray and the local weather has on the airport; that fuel "box" and it's hardware is simply superb. Awesome screen-shots as usual Iain, can't wait! :)
