  2. As mentioned in a previous post, my first attempt to get the Lightning into the air wasn't too successful. 1. Waiting on the keys ready for take off. 2. A slight deviation to port and onto the grass and the taxiway! 3. Start again and that is more like it. I have always been fascinated by the Lightning's gear when it retracts!

  8. Calum asked for some snaps of Dumbarton Castle. I finally found the time this evening to go and look. 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. I hope these are of help to you Calum. The Son's ground comes up well! A beautiful part of the world which I have yet to explore but having just bought Florida and Cal Nor I don't know when I will find the time to come back.
  9. A nice coastal feature in the locality of Carse of Ardersier on the southern bank of the Moray Firth near Inverness.
  10. Lifting off from Swanson with Mount Rainier very visible.
  11. I blew the monthly allowance away this week with TE FL, KEYW and also TE NCAL. My first flight in N Cal was from across the border in Oregon and down to Weed! Mount Shasta was in view the whole time and I will like to have a closer look later. I forgot to have the transparent roads but that is now remedied for the next flight.

I am used to cheating! 4. 5. What a beautiful little jet to fly, I can see me making a few more flights in this one. Now what plane should I look at downloading and installing next?
