  1. Just trying out a dual monitor setup, now I wish I had that 3rd monitor!! Taking off from Quantum River PS01 for CYCD Nanaimo early morning flight, 116nm!
  2. Gonna give gliding another try with a different glider this time. Tow Plane take off from L52 Rwy 11, short fly around the area looking for hard to find thermals, was able to stay aloft for about 45 min (according to my Citizen's watch) at altitudes up to 1200 agl. Pretty neat and different flying, not as challenging as a helicopter but definitely different! Club bus and other pilots and wives are with us today.
