  1. You are about to post into the X Plane 11 BUG REPORT forum. This forum is for reporting BUGS in a working Orbx X Plane 11 product. A BUG is defined as a product that is working as it should but there is a problem with the working product. Please review your request before posting into this forum. A request for support with a product that does not work should be placed into the X Plane 11 Support forum. I cannot see any autogen road traffic over TE Southcal, despite maximum settings with objects. What should be the correct loading order when using other payware airports like KLAX from SFD Mistrer X? This problem does not occur in other regions with ortho4xp that I am using outside of TE regions. Log.txt
  2. Hello, Yesterday I bought Orbx their EGPH Endinburgh Airport scenery for X-Plane 11. After installing the scenery through Orbx centrral application, I recieved a message saying that some files where unable to be converted. Still after vertifying the files or reinstalling the scenery I recieve the same message. Also when loading the scenery in the simulator confirms misssing textures. I hope someone can help me with this problem as soon as possible so I can fly in and out of Edinburgh with no problems. Operating system: macOS Mojave (10.14.6) Simulator: X-Plane 11 Screenshot: Issue: Instalation Warning central.log Log.txt
  3. Thank you, Orbx for incredible TrueEarth HD platform for X-Plane!!! Best sim for me now.
  4. One of my first videos ever. Just got the TE Great Britain North for X-Plane 11, and it's so beautful flying in VR! I had to make a youtube channel and post a video from my first flight Hopefully there will be more videos.
  5. Just wanted to make you aware that my thread about the problems with downloading TE WA Enhancement Package and its integration with ORBX Central is not listed here. I just want an honest answer if you can help on this or not. I posted this: and this Best regards from a newbie and long time X-Plane user.
  6. Aloha! A bit too extended video but it was a fun to fly across GB with nice weather and thunderstorm near the end...and I tested the Harrier after some months hidden in the hangar...
  7. Hi I've updated True Earth GB South recently and find that this crashes at 6fps on my rig. Previously I was able to run it okay with the original installation in the mid to upper teens (tolerable for me whilst on the ground) whilst standing at London City airport. I also noticed this when I did an update on the Central region eralier in the year. It happened around the Preston, Lancashire area after flying from Blackpool airport. I'm apprehensive about updating GB North in case that becomes unusable as well. Please could you take a look at my log.txt for the London City crash and the scenery ini file to see if you can shine a light on the problem. Thanks Actually I just tried taking off from Plymouth and Exeter airports and these were fine. London Heathrow also caused a crash whereas with the original install I didn't get crashes. scenery_packs.ini Log.txt
  8. Initially the Orbx libraries were installed in my X-Plane Custom Scenery directory, but I wanted to migrate to a special library directory outside the X-plane folder. I used the Migrate to Library function in Orbx Central v4.0.6. Restarting X-plane initiates a number of errors which points to a missing library (log.txt). I checked the links fr the Orbx_OrbxlibsXP directory in the Custom Scenery directory and this points to the newly created directory in my Orbx library folder. Al this seems to be correct, but it doesn't work like it should. The only way to correct the problem is to uninstall the library and reinstall it in the X-plane default place. Hope you can fix this soon. Cheers, Jelle Operating system: Simulator: Screenshot: Issue:
  9. Hi, I have recently upgraded to ORBX Central and decided to migrate my True Earth GB South to my external drive. Followed the procedure and when it completed the files had all been moved, but I could find no symbolic links in my custom scenery folder within X-Plane 11. Tried out X-plane in case I was missing something obvious and as per the screenshot of Portsmouth, True Earth South is not present. I do have a very large scenery.ini file (attached), and I have also included the central.log file, which says it's created them. Will try just a small airport and see if that works instead, and will search PC in case the links went AWOL. [update] - Southampton migrated, but once again no symbolic link. Cheers Operating system: Windows 10 Simulator: X-Plane 11 Screenshot: Issue: symbolic links scenery_packs.ini central.log
  10. I installed TE GB south a couple of weeks ago on my iMac—lovely, no worries. Today I unpacked TE GB Central and... there are no roads. There may be a few motorways around, but Lincoln looking decidedly off. Ideas? Cheers, Richard
  11. Strap yourselves in, this is a long one. I took off from EGLC. Had to fly around a bit to get my speed up and align with the bridge, but this was a nice practice run. And a nice shot of the city as I climbed out. I then headed north, stopping at RAF Waddington to refuel, and passing by the Humber Bridge. Figured that one didn't have the clearance for the shark fin, so pushed on up to Scotland... First up, the Forth Rail Bridge. Then the Road Bridge. And finally Queensferry Crossing. Oh, and two gratuitous shots of the climb out, with wings folding back and burners. (Why yes, it was raining again.) And, to prove it was all in the same pass, here's a little vid of the Forth Bridges as I went through:
  12. It was grey and drizzly this afternoon, but I wanted to check out my roads problem, so I took off from City in Nikki, did something that in real life would have got me shot down "Why helloooo HMS Belfast" and ended up testing the ILS on approach to Edinburgh. Might need to recalibrate my altimeter.
  13. A work colleague liked my AV-8B video but wanted to see more of the outside of the plane and the use of the controls inside. So I made this trip from RAF Lossiemouth to RAF Leuchars via Inverness. Hopefully this meets those requirements and also shows off the beautiful Scotland as reproduced by Orbx TE North. Hopefully less "Pull Up! Pull Up!" this time. Next upload will be of the X-Trident Tornado when I get round to recording it
  14. Just a quick 6 of the X-Plane version of KVUO. It is just a stone's throw from KPDX Portland International...
  15. Just a short feedback. No problem with the product. Jjust a little text thing. Today I bought EGPB Sumburgh airport for X-Plane 11. I already own the version for Prepar3D. After downloading and installing the scenery I opened the user manual. I saw the following error on page 4 (see attached screenshot 2704: in the blue colored section the text starts with: "Please note that without ppurchasing and installing TrueEarth Great Britain South for X-Plane 11" In the e-mail that ORBX sent me today to let me know that the EGPB scenery now also was available for X-Plane 11 (see the attached screenshot 2705). The text in this announcement starts with: "EGPB Sumburgh Airport is the first ever airport for X-Plane 11 designed to integrate with TrueEarth GB North and it's now available to purchase!" I guess the error in the user manual for the X-Plane 11 version is a "copy and paste" error.
