  1. What is a better place for maintenance of an oldie than the location that holds all the necessary tools. So, I fly to the Boeing-factories KPAE Nth of Seattle and enjoy the sights on my way: Bonus --> evening&night shots: Sim: XP11.40 - Scenery: TE-Washingto SD Plane: Boeing B-17 Flying Fortree v1.3 by Khamsin (payware)
  2. I was in a nostalgic mood by choosing some vintage warbirds to fly over my most recent Orbx addition for P3Dv4, hereby some shots around Glacier Park Int Airport KGPI : Northrop-P61C alias Black Widow Bearcat-F8F Panther-F9 -- doing some acrobatic turns to please the audience on the airport
  3. Are all the static objects in regions and airports pulled from the ORBX Libs? If so, it would be interesting to have an alternate library that had vintage counterparts. Think 50s-60s aircraft and vehicles, etc... It would be a great option when flying vintage aircraft.
  4. I would like to issue a challenge, open to all: 'Take a bad screeenshot of a Spitfire' I'm not sure it's possible Matt Curry Aviator of Yesteryear
  5. I posted yesterday only one shot and was the final parkingplace at Stapleford airport(EGSG) not so far from London, hereby a serie of shots of the whole trip: 1. Loaded and ready to startup at Shoreham : 2. Starting the engines but a bit polluting the area : 3. Taxiing to the only hardsurface runway 02 : 4. On runway 02 and ready to roll over the max of 1000mtr at full throttle : 5. Airborned and turned right to fly a bit along the coast to Brighton : 6. Fly sidewise over the famous Pier of Brighton and heading to NE : 7. Fly over the destination: airport Stapleford(EGSG) to show at the public : 8. Almost touch down for hard braking on the total of 1000mtr leftover : 11. Come almost to a stop at the end for a 180 dgrees turn to runway 04L : : 13. Crossing a leisure plane that is preparing to airborn and almost on my final place : 14. Turned right nearby gas station and come to a stop : Thank you for viewing, any comment is welcome. Sorry, but I arrive not to enter in a normal way a blank line between text and/or screenshots whatever I try via my keybord or mouse (have it posted as issue in 'general discussion') Is it due to Win8 as OS?. By editing and trying to align shots with text ore vice-versa the last initial posted shot disapeard, hereby again:
  6. After seen a couple of postings with the new released WACO from Alabeo, this plane was a must have for me. Yesterday made my first flight and choose (again!) Stewart airport as scenery. I have choosen the yellow&blue livery because not seen before in previous postings. Enjoy the shots and any comment is welcome:
  7. Orcas airport KORS was my favourite. Now turned back to this gorgeous place, this time to airborn in a vintage DC3. Just ordered PFJ as extension to PNW in order to be able to install the splendid new Stewart Airport and explore 2cm/px. See these as reborn of my postings into this great forum and more will follow, don't be to hard for the possible low quality of current shots compared to the latest postings of so many former and new forum members. By these (re)hello.
