  1. Stewart went over the bridge and the other night I went under the bridge. Not the Severn Bridge but the one at Anacortes, Deception Pass. 1. 2. 3. 4.
  2. Benjoglove has requested some shots of NZAA so it's strap on the paramotor and a quick flight. 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. 7. 8.
  3. Inspired by another of Bermuda's video posts I decided to dust off the CS 737-200. As I had not used it for a while I thought I had better make sure all that opens and shuts was still working. 1. We are at PABE Bethel AK, which is one of the Global Freeware airports. 2. I hope the emergency door has not scratched the wing's paint. 3. Very impressed with the detail of the CS aircraft. 4. Even the radar moves from side to side but I expect most folks eyes will be drawn to something else. 5. Beautifully finished cabin.
  4. My original intention after showing off most of the ground animations of the CS 737-200 was to add one shot of the jet taking off and saying that it flies too. Anyway once in the air I decided to continue flying, as usual admiring the sight of the plane and scenery. Don't know where I am going to yet so just head south and see what happens. 1. Leaving Bethel in typical 737-200 fashion. 2. Heading south with PABE in view. 3. Now I have figured out the AP and decided to head for PAKN. Crossing the coast at Goodnews Bay. 4.

  6. I been installing a few Australian airports in P3Dv2 and 3 this morning and took a flight out of Warnervale. 1. Headed for YPEC but found out I had yet to install it. Came across this feature that reminded me of the body of a guitar. This is actually part of the Eraring Power Station. Seeing this made me think of Tamworth. 2. This had reminded me of The Big Golden Guitar in Tamworth, whose airport I had also installed this morning. For those who don't know Tamworth holds a huge Country Music Festival each year and to mark this a replica of the award trophy was
  7. Flown in and out of Darrington many times without realising just how much detail there was. Never even remembered the timber yard. One of the advantages of the Paramotor is seeing all the scenery close up including some crazy birds! 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. 7. 8. 9. 10. 11. 12. 13. 14.
  8. Looking at a post by Republic DC-9 tonight and there is the Alabeo Aztec. I had heard this was on the way but did not realise it had been released. About time there was a Piper Aztec available in FSX and P3D. This first flight is from AYPY to Kokoda. 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. 7. 8. 9. 10. 11. 12. 13. 14. Yet another beautiful aircraft and Moctezuma got his revenge on me by making me fork out nearly AU$50 for this, but you can't take it with you can you?
  9. Have not been to Concrete for ages. No better way to look around than with the Paramotor. 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. 7. 8. 9. 10. 11. Many thanks for another 4 V3.0 upgrades at no charge.
  10. The new installers are arriving thick and fast these days along with other goodies from both ORBX and other developers it is a busy time. The paramotor has become the standard way for me to get a close up look at the scenery these days, the poor old Cub being relegated to the odd excursion. NZQN is the latest location for a squiz. 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. 7. 8. 9. 10. 11. 12. Another wonderful airport now useable in P3DV3 at no cost, ORBX has to be the best.
  11. Another week end and another 5 airports with new installers to deal with. Have not flown all week due to being absolutely whacked every night when I get home from work. Decided to reward myself! 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. 7. 8. 9. 10. This is a beautiful aircraft and more reminders from the past.
  12. Took off from Murray Field but lost my bearings and landed at the first airport I could find. 22. Can anyone guess where I landed?
  13. Didn't realise LIDA was released until about an hour ago. A great piece of scenery. 1. Strap on the paramotor and have a squiz. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. 7. 8. Happy to end up on the hospital not in it. Now realised I have not shown the full glory of this excellent scenery by not having my autogen settings where they should be. So I have scrapped a lot of the shots.   14. It is great to see no fewer than 5 English airports with new installers last night. The first on I have installed is Goodwood and I have just done a circuit in the Paramotor 1. Off we go and it is into Madgwick Corner. Some of my earliest memories are of going to race meetings here in the late 50s early 60s. 2. Heading up towards Fordwater. 3. Through Fordwater. 4.   18. The Paramotor is the ideal way of getting a closer view of the ORBX scenery. Great fun and not going to break the bank. Just installed KRDD in P3Dv3.0 this morning and time to have a different look with my new steed. 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. 7. 9. 10. 11. 12. 13. 14.
  19. A while ago I was toying with the idea of getting the Captain Sim 727 but decided the price was a little too much for something I might not use. Today it was on sale for just AU$16.50. So at that bargain price I got the base pack along with the series 727-200 expansion and also the 737-200 base pack. Just a few shots of the 727-200 and 737-200. 1. 2. 3. 4. Something I always like to see in the cockpit is a NAV/GPS switch. It's purpose is unmarked in the 737 so as not to cause embarrassment to the serious pilots 5. 6. 7.
  20. Time to try the 727-200 from Captain Sim. Very impressed with the amount of animation in their 777 and the 727 did not disappoint. First on the ground at Yakutat and then a test flight heading east. Just remember it is rude to stair. 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. 7. 8. 9. 10.

  24. The long of it is the DC-8-73 leaving KLAX. 1. The Shorts of it are the latest Virtualcol release a trio of Shorts Brothers aircraft from the last centuary. First here is the Skyvan at Anchorage AK 2. Next is the SH.330 in the clouds close to Napier NZNI. 3. Finally the SH.360 at EDVY. Forgot P3DV3.0 does not have this airport out yet so this is Global Base! 4. Great to have these 3 Shorts planes to fly.
