  1. Hello, As a student pilot flying out of Healdsburg Muni, I do much of my take-off and landing training at nearby Cloverdale. I fully appreciate (and am in much awe) of the precise amount of detail found in Orbx's Cloverdale Airport model and the nearby town and region. I find many familiar POI's to aid my training when I'm not in the cockpit. One important thing missing from Orbx's Cloverdale Airport is the windsock. It is located about 175 ft. NNW of the hangars, in the grass between the taxiway and the vineyard. You can see it in Google Satellite of the airport (looks
  2. Sonoma County to Redding Enjoy and thanks for looking! P3DV3 - Orbx Weather 2 Cheers Karsten
  3. Purchased and installed O60 Cloverdale FTXNA last week, first trip from KSTS to O60 I was surprised to see that there are no buildings showing, people flow, aircraft, vehicles, trees, runways etc all in place for the most part just no buildings. I have to say this is the first somewhat major problem I have had since being introduced to Orbx months ago, would like to know if there is a solution to the problem? Running P3DV3, Windows 10, everything Orbx is up to date FTX Central 3, libs, etc. Thanks in advance, Roger Ghosttown? Airplane painted on the pavement com
  4. Cloverdale to San Carlos via Santa Rosa Enjoy and thanks for looking! Sorry for so many shots, couldn't decide which shots i should leave out. FSX - DX10 - Shade - ASN Weather Cheers Karsten
  5. I'm back in the virtual cockpit after some very busy weeks... Enjoy and thanks for looking! FSX - DX10 - Shade - ASN Weather Cheers Karsten
  6. A few from Cloverdale to Benton: It's now pretty much at the point where I can happily fly from Orbx airport to Orbx airport in this part of the world without feeling like I'm covering the same ground day after day (especially when I realise how many I've installed and never actually visited!).
  7. This flight resulted in an app crash - I think I was pushing the GTX-560 a little hard, so I flew it again with reduced settings and made it. Horrible stutters at KSTS, but again I think the 560 is the culprit. So I know what my next upgrade will be!
  8. Beautiful Cloverdale and the Birddog Unfortunately the video show some stutters. They were caused by shadowplay on a gsync monitor Maybe i put up a new rendition. Enjoy and thanks for watching.
  9. Still hunting for that Tempest
  10. When I load Cloverdale in P3Dv3 at dawn, dusk or night all the static aircraft are gone. The airport is deserted and it appears object flow is not working. Change the time to daylight and all is fine. Is this by design? Or a problem on my end? Edit: Here are some screenshots. Dawn Day Dusk Didn't include a night shot but the airport is still empty.
  11. Just came across this web site Landing Patterns while looking for info on O60 Cloverdale, I hadn't seen it before. You may find the videos interesting and helpful. Looks like a great site. Here's the one on O60 Cloverdale.
  12. Hey all! I took these approach shots at O60 and couldn't resist posting them. They were taken in FSX using FTX HD Trees. O60 - Cloverdale Municipal Airport is having some finishing touches applied and will be with you soon. I hope you enjoy just a couple more shots! - Russ
