  1. Today we are flying from Sao Paulo Guarulhos to Santiago de Chile. Lots of pictures and lots to see! At the gate at Guarulhos. Taxi... Takeoff... Just above the cirrus clouds. Still in the area of Sao Paulo. A big salt lake (Lago Salinas Grandes) of northern Argentina in the distance. We approach Santiago - and the Andes mountains! You can already spot the the highest mountain of South America. FO is pilot flying today.
  2. Well just done a short flight from Switzerland Geneva to Milan and went inverted with p3dv4.3 and rex sky force and pta I hope you enjoy my few shots regards EMM

  4. Obviously this is only using ORBX Global and Vector since there is no other scenery available for this area. FreeMeshX does a great job with the mountains, but oh how I wish we had some beautiful ORBX landclass and scenery to go with it! P.S. - Sri Lanka would make a brilliant Experience Package! With dozens of tiny seaplane bases around the island and many points of interest including world heritage sites, beautiful beaches and national parks, waterfalls, you name it! Any takers?
  5. As you can see from these photos they are not at all what they should look like. I had them working properly before but last time i came to use the sim they were this. Please note that my frame rates have become very shaky and not the normal smoothness. Any help would be greatly appreciated
  6. Hi All. I've noticed some odd black patches on moutain tops in the Pacific Fjords region. I've tried refreshing my texture.dfg file and I've run an Airport Elevation Correction, but the problem is still there. Any ideas? Regards Pontius.
  7. I love the new FTX Southern California scenery - it is awesome! I got Jarrad Marshal's KPSP right away and was blown away by the mountain visuals. I'm wondering if Orbx has considered or would ever consider offering a photoreal mountain expansion pack, maybe one for each mountain range in the various terrain regions you offer? The mountains outside the KPSP area look good, too, but nothing compares to photoreal mountains in my opinion, and the ones Jarrad did are outstanding. I understand the download size would likely be fairly large, but it would be a great addition to areas like your U.S. W
  8. As a member of a new founded Volcanological Society in Germany i surely like to fly around the beautiful photorealistic volcanoes in the FTX sceneries like in New Zealand Northern Island, Mount Rainier, Mount Saint Helens, Mount Hood, Mount Adams and others in the PNW scenery, Mount Shasta in Northern California and some others, and of course Mount Vesuvius as part of the OLC Europe.... and I think volcanoes are only convincing with a photorealistic overlay and not landclass. So my Question to the ORBX developers is: Can be more volcanoes covered with othophotos? In the first place I think on
  9. The versatile Alps covers different countries. One of them is northern Italy and the Dolomites are in my opinion the most spectacular around. I grabbed the Cessna 310 out of my hangar to visit this nice corner (next to FTX Global is the scenery enhanced by another artwork from Frank Dainese):
