  1. Hi, I've noticed this misplaced tile off the east coast of Acadia Park. How do I get rid of it? Thanks!
  2. I purchased KBHB a few months back and flew mostly around the airport, touch and goes etc, and in bad weather to boot. A few days back I came back to BHB to to some seaplane flying. VFR stuff only. I noticed a few problems with what appears to be landclass/waterclass to the E, W, and to the SE of Acadia in the water. Included some screenies. My installation is as follows..... FSX Gold/accel (not Steam) Ultimate Terrain X, FTX Global base, Open LC NA, Vector, Trees HD and the NA freeware airport pack. FTX central3 I tired uninstalling the KBHB scenery and the problems with those LC textures goes away. Reinstalling the scenery brings it back again. Seems like a pretty easy fix and i am wondering if the freeware KBHB is doing something here since i had that installed before i purchased the detailed KBHB.
  3. Not so many cylinders this time. Not flown this thing for aaages. Out of Bar Harbor for Knox County Leaving Knox for Pittsfield (another NA freeware, thanks guys... they're everywhere!) Final into Sugarloaf I lost the VC click spots on the last leg for some reason, otherwise I was intending to end up at Berlin Regional. Never mind... the overnight in Carrabassett doesn't cost me anything.
  4. The end of my trans-con in the Mustang at Bar Harbor Checking out the marinas around the island. I should probably really do this in the Cub. Jack, yellow and inverted, just for you... And evidence I recovered in one piece...
  5. Impressions from a flight around Bar Harbour with the Alabeo Mooney M20R Ovation.
  6. Hi, After a few years being stored in the hangar, it was time to fly this X-22A again. The pilots cannot be seen (old model, old files) but it's still fun (and touchy) to fly. The props are adjusted with F5 and F6 and you also have to play with the throttle. Time to explore the wilderness of Bar Harbor! Now heading to Block Island. Cheers!
  7. Hi, this winter flight is from Mount Washington Regional (KHIE) to Bar Harbor (KBHB). Now that we have access to nicely designed airports, it's time to discover New England...All the shots are unedited and in FSX, with live weather through FSGRW and Cumulus X. Flying by Bethel Regional (0B1) On the right is Belfast Muni airport (KBST) Smaller lakes and rivers freeze totally. That is well rendered here... Now approaching Bar Harbor airport (KBHB) On base for runway 04, heading 120 degrees. Short final. The Rockwell Shrike is such an easy aircraft to fly. Lots of activity at Bar Harbor today. Since I do not stay for long, nobody will mind my unorthodox choice for parking... I love the subtle effects given by the combination of FSX, FSGRW and Cumulus X. Can't stop looking around while flying!! Cheers!
  8. What a beautiful, sunny day to fly!
  9. Inspect the lighthouses and some sightseeing again,
  10. With what else then a chopper
  11. If this fog gets any lower I'm in trouble. My shot doesn't do Acadia justice. This is a masterpiece by Alex with it's rock outcroppings and rocky shores. I've just begun exploring; go get it you won't be disappointed. I gotta get back to the airport. Here's another shot from earlier in the evening.
  12. Yes, KBHB is fantastic. really a very nicely done area. note that I have max texture size set to 1024. it probably looks even better than this...but anyway - 15 pics thanks for looking. P.S.: no lighting mods or shader tweaks and I don't see why I need them.
  13. Top of the loop in a Cuban 8. Cadillac in the back ground. Greg
  14. While KBHB Bar Harbor is cooked ... Some screenshots from Acadia, over KBHB Bar Harbor, in the beautiful area of Acadia National Park, Maine. Here: P3Dv3.2, Orbx System, ASN and Eaglesoft Citation X 2.0 Thanks gents. Have a good weekend! Voyager
