  1. I've had Washington TE, Oregon TE and Darrington 1S2 installed for a few weeks now with no problems. But recently XP began CTD's and in troubleshooting, I moved groups of Custom Scenery content in and out of XP while trying to isolate the problem. I've narrowed the cause away from scenery to X-Camera and some other factor but in shuffling all my scenery around, Darrington no longer loads. I've placed 1S2 at the top of the Scenery Pack.ini, deleted the ini and let XP rebuild it, removed and reinstalled the scenery through Orbx Central. At this point I'm running only the TE sceneries and Darring

  3. Happy to present a new C152 livery for msfs2020 - which is absolutely great ! This repaint will be uploaded at avsim.com nextly (PS : this new repaint has been made with Gimp from the repaint TEXTURE.N48270 by Tom "FlyingsCool" Perry : I modified the color to brown and put stickers on ) So this is its new short flight over Darrington (I had trouble with the new uploading process with imgur ... no more preview and not shots - I had to put them as attachments ...)
  4. Just a little flying around 1s2 trying not to hit any birds.
  5. The star is the scenery;
  6. Taxiing out past the local school bus company... Starting the takeoff roll... Up we go... Turning to the downwind leg... The Do-It Best Hardware and School Bus business are below as we pass the airport... This is like Hong Kong's old Kai Tak Checkerboard Approach...first fly into the mountain (almost) Then turn to briefly follow the river... Then turn to SHORT finals....what a challenging approach! By a small mi
  7. I was testing graphics under rain conditions around Orbx's city of Darrington scenery and the engine sound was rough and like ... well, magneto troubles. Really ... and I don't have it set up to have mechanical breakdowns. Just missing a lot. Also, I haven't figured out how to get the excellent quality I see here on some of the flights so I added a little music to make up for it. Don't get me wrong ... I love the throaty sound of the Pratt & Whitney 450 hp (which you can barely hear) but the music makes up for the boring parts. If I mix Orbx's Darrington with fairly high quality setting
  8. Stage 5: http://www.orbxsyste...ortes-concrete/ Stage 6 is another rather short trip from Concrete to Harvey Field, but offers a lot of beautiful mountain scenery and ORBX airports. Takeoff from Concrete in the early mourning Concrete and the Skagit River Valley Following the Skagit River Goode Mountain Glacier Peak over Suiattle River Valley White Chuck Mountain (right) and Mt. Pugh (left) On the way to Darrington: Sauk River Valley Darrington landing Darrington. Time for breakfast Takeoff from Darrington Darrington and Sauk River
  9. Arranged to meet a few mates at Darrington pre dawn (it was cold!) as my uncle had given me the keys to his Lancair, we were taking a short trip to the coast to deliver my uncle's plane to his business partner and he offered me the opportunity to deliver .I met Frankie the security guard at the gate and waited for my mates (Steve, Fiona and Dario) to arrive - they were a little tipsy and had obviously been partying the night before - but they remembered their golf clubs ( I don't think they had been to bed yet) and I must say I wasn't too pleased as I had been off the grog for a couple of day
  10. A video I made of Darrington Muni. I made the shots a bit longer than usual so that you can see the terrain a bit more. [media]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eWQwCCOOlBQ cheers
