Gone vintage again. Gone Vulcan again. This time an older bird with an important payload performing a QRA dawn transit from RAF Cottesmore to one of many dispersal sites... Lossiemouth... Yes again. It's a 617 (Dambusters) Sqn example. 617 would later be based at Lossie with the Tornado GR.1/GR.1a/GR.4. Which I visited twice as a Spacey (Air Cadet) and one of my sprogs (recruits) would later be an avionics tech for. 617 Sqn will be the first operational Sqn of the RAF F-35b and will be based at Marham. Tried to get that 50's saturated lush Technicolor feel.
