  1. Discovered this oddity while overflying the island of Martinique today: It seems that the rivers aren't features but rather extensions of the coastline all the way up to their sources (if I'm describing that correctly) - as you can see the water class shows through them and while I wasn't able to get a good picture of it, the rivers feature the crashing wave effect typical of coastlines. It wouldn't be so bad if the rivers weren't so noticeable from a distance - for instance in the first picture, it looks like the far portion of the island (above the starboard wing) is flooded! I haven't noticed this on any other island so far. At first I suspected it might have had something to do with the freeware PW Sceneries that I happen to use, but disabling those didn't make the problem go away. Rather, it appears to reside in the Vector CVX layer.
  2. Hello, Excuse me if this has previously been identified - I found another small landclass error in openLC North America, this time in the immediate vicinity of "Hawk's Nest" (MYE4) on Cat Island in the Bahamas: Please ignore the Lat/Lon data on the left column of the map view (MBPV instead of MYE4). Thanks!
  3. It would be amazing if Orbx decided to come up with sceneries for the Caribbean. The largest of the islands, Cuba, for example, is only 44k sqmi, which is roughly 1/3 of the area of Northern California scenery released by Orbx. The other islands, would likely be a breeze, and quite cheap really, if not bundled. What do you guys think?
  4. Hello, After installing Vector, I noticed that whilst checking out the differences with some of the Caribbean Islands, Canefield Airport in Dominica (TDCF) was no where remotely close to where it originally was. Instead, it was reduced to the single runway being placed in the Sea off the West Coast of the island. I'm apologize to the MODs if this thread is being started in the wrong forum, but I tried to find somehere I could report scenery bugs I discovered after upgrading from FTX Global to Vector & was unable to find such. www.airliners.net/photo//1271858/L/ Otherwise still a very imprssive & fantastic product. Hopefully this is fixed in the next Vector patch. Regards, G
  5. I've been flying all over the Caribbean and I hope you don't mind if I post some pics along the way. Here's 3: Jose
