  1. Just trying on a very nice new repaint from jankees for the A2A Texan.
  2. Finally finished upgrading my PC so I'm now able to concentrate on flying again! Had a cracking flight from Kamloops via the North Thompson River to Blue River. Active Sky Next started throwing storms at me and it turned out to be an interesting flight: You have been watching: FSX:SE (DX9 with Shade and ENBSeries) FTX NRM Active Sky Next REX 4 Texture Direct REX Soft Clouds Nemeth MD902 Explorer Enjoy! Simon
  3. FSX flight in a Spartan Executive from the resort town of Cavanaugh Bay ( http://www.cavbay.com/) on Priest Lake to Sandpoint, Idaho. Using ORBX FTXNRM scenery, Active Sky Next, and the free Spartan Executive aircraft. This was an experiment with combining 3 windows of the same flight (thanks for the challenge Shipdriver) with Wondershare Video Editor. Flight was out over the bay and then south crossing Schweitzer Mtn Ski resort before descending into Sandpoint. >https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S4oRXDfz_Sc
  4. My second project while still evaluating and learning about Active Sky Next is this video flight from Hailey, Idaho to West Yellowstone on Dec 27th, 2014. ASN is not a weather graphics program but a weather injector program and attempts to mold "Real Weather" as it actually is on that day ... or so I read. I do not have a weather graphics program yet but REX will probably be the one I get. This flight depicts under the clouds, on top of the clouds, and in the clouds. Nothing dramatic I suppose, but just as you might see them on that day. A winter take off with a rainy and foggy arriv
  5. The visual result and appearance of my clouds in flight had been annoying me for some time. I thought about this on one of my morning walks and I decided that I would pay more attention and look upward and see what clouds really looked like. Wow! I came upon a whole new world and awareness of clouds that I had been overlooking for some time. Clouds are different all over the sky … some fluffy, some dark and ominous, some thin, some filmy and high and some in multiple layers, and all at the same time! Now my clouds in FSX in some settings, when looking down from the sky and say, viewing rolli
  6. Lake Neuchâtel Not far from Grenchen, where I land... (LSZG) End of a nice flight
