  1. In the latest release(v3.4.9) of P3D is a new feature added, so called 'cinematic'. With this option some more dramatic viewpoints can be captured next to the default ones. I have made some new sights of the Waco from Alabeo started from the already fine standard available views but enhanced via this new option :
  2. FSRecorder makes it twice or three times the fun.
  3. A fantastic made livery on the historic Waco visiting a small aerodrome in England:
  4. the WACO at Spokane airport (KSFF) in the year...well, recently....but made 'old fashion'
  5. Diving from the high mountains around Milford Sound to the coast Flying along the coastline direction SW till the beginning of Martins Bay Airstrip NZMJ in sight (at the right on the screenshot) Low over the Martins Bay for a safe landing Just befor touchdown on the airstrip Parked my WACO next to the Piper of other visitors and a warm welcome by the local people housing at the airstrip Martins Bay(NZMJ)
  6. Just airborned from Lake Tahoe airport(KTVL) in my Waco but a sudden zero-visibility(but only for an instance):
  7. The decision to install the magnificent FTX-scenery package Pago Pago was quick decided by me -> see the difference via follow 2 shots: Default FSX scenery of NSTU at Samoa After install of the FTX-package Pago Pago Now a joy to fly all over the Island-group and land on the airports, hereby back at NSTU:
  8. Yesterday I extended my library of NA-PNW places with Squamish airport(CYSE), about 30 Nautical Miles north of Vancouver. The detailled surroundings really pleased me while flying the WACO:
  9. So many posts with excellent shots of the recently released Yosemite-scenery. Why not add a few more from a different viewpoint while observing closely the Half Dome as most iconic element in this magnificent valley : By returnflight out of the valley is the waterfall also a spectacular sight(shot is made via FSX and represent in my system the waterfall better than in P3Dv2.2):
  10. I was curious to explore the first free available Europian airport EDBH made by ORBX-developer Thomas Zipfel at Germany's northern (Baltic)coast --> in Germany called 'Ostsee'. I took the WACO in historic german livery for a short flight around. Enjoy the views:
  11. Some of the Olgas I've known in the past have been every bit as craggy (though not quite as old) as these  In celebration of having a fully working FTX AU in the right colour (red!) ... finally! Hmmm ... not sure whether I'll make it back to NZ before the light goes! Adam.
  12. A short flight in my preferred vintage monoplane at sunset on Australians coast in Queensland between Bundaberg(YBUD) and Hervey Bay(YHBA). I enjoyed the trip:
  13. For beautiful scenery flights, New Zealand will never dissapoint me(and you...)
  14. Exploring the most recent UK Aerodrome scenery, what a gorgeous detail. I took the vintage Waco in UK-livery for my first take-off from EGML:
  15. After installing the for free downloadable ORBX airport CEJ4(Claresholm in regio Alberta-Canada) for ORBX regio NRM, I decided to make a first flight starting from CEN4: Detail of the many placed scenery objects on and around the airport: A great thank you to Vlad Maly for developping and releasing this airport-scenery.
  16. Has been quite some time since I posted a screenshot in the forum, but having just finished setting up my new laptop, thought I would celebrate with a quick shot of one of my favourite aircraft - the Alabeo WACO. For a fun, light aircraft to throw around during a short sim session, these guys have nailed it on the head. Cheers! Jarrad
  17. Hi fellow sim pilots here is the real thing! On May 8, 2013 I flew in a 42 Waco UPF-7 500' above Key West, buzzed a major cruise ship and circled the Navy Seal Training island http://youtu.be/HOtp3O9nWVc When you see this you'll know how good the Orbx and FTX scenery really is! Enjoy the music too. I used Sony Vegas to render the video effects. kosmo007
  18. Hi guys, I did some flying at Cardiff today and I was blown away by the overall quality of scenery. There is that much to discover I am loving it Here are some impressions from EGFF and Cardiff City.
  19. After spending my last couple of sessions flying around Far North Queensland, I was hankering for some cooler weather - perhaps influenced by the particularly hot summer we've been experiencing here in Perth (and lack of suitable air conditioning in my home study!). The moderate weather around the San Juan Islands seemed particularly appealing, so I decided to take a spin around the block in the Alabeo Waco - the perfect aircraft for some leisurely Sunday sightseeing around the Anacortes area. Cheers, Jarrad
  20. Had fun trying some aeros in the Waco - Yeehaaah!
  21. What better way to really enjoy the wonderful FTX scenery!!
  22. Thanks to Jan Kees we have a larger choice in paintings for the magnificent Waco. This time I made a flight by sunset because I like the warm colors of sky and dramatic clouds, finaly landed somewhere in the PNW-area. I didn't pay attention regarding what airport I landed so ... I leave the name of the airport as a challenge to solve via possible comments, thank you. As a bonus ---> eyecontact with the pilot : shows the overal quality of this product from Alabeo: Hereby my a great thank you to Jan Kees for this and the other fine made liveries.
  23. After seen a couple of postings with the new released WACO from Alabeo, this plane was a must have for me. Yesterday made my first flight and choose (again!) Stewart airport as scenery. I have choosen the yellow&blue livery because not seen before in previous postings. Enjoy the shots and any comment is welcome:
