  1. A while ago Tim Harris recommended this small ai pack for pago pago. I really enjoyed having traffic at pago pago... However... I've moved from fsx to P3D and V# at that which I found out sadly, I cant install to. Are there any versions available or updates for the V3 version of P3D? or maybe someway to install it? Thanks a million and appreciate your help always.. Flyboy.
  2. Big job flying a bunch of cargo up to the village of Woitape. This was going to be a two plane shuttle and I was going to flying the big crate in P2-KSM while the rest was being flown up in P2-KSI. The flight started just before the crack of dawn trying to get up there before the heat of the day added to the planes performance. On the ground it was already 80F and Im sure there was plenty of low clouds and fog up in the valleys yet to burn off. Found an opening after circling the field and made a nice slow approach into land. KSI was already on the ground and starting to unload the plane. A MAF crew was also there helping coordinate the delivery. Attached is the Google Earth file for the flight from the Twin Otter Flight Recorder. aypy wtp.kml

  5. I'm pleased to show the latest work from Tim Harris and myself, West Yellowstone Airport (KWYS). Situated in the heart of the Central Rocky Mountains, West Yellowstone is a short flight from Jackson Hole and serves as a gateway to many scenic destinations in the region. Enjoy the preview! Yellowstone Airport West Yellowstone airport is situated in southwestern Montana and serves as an entrance to the oldest national park in the United States, Yellowstone National Park. The airport receives seasonal flights from Salt Lake City through SkyWest, operating under Delta Connection. As a gateway to Yellowstone, Big Sky Ski Resort, Island Park, and the Madison River, West Yellowstone serves over 4,000 passengers yearly. The airport boasts an 8400ft long runway, the longest of any HD Orbx airport in North America. At an altitude of 6649ft ASL, West Yellowstone is also the highest in elevation of any Orbx airport. Flying in and out of West Yellowstone is a challenge of its own as the airport is situated in a bowl shaped valley that ranges from six to eight thousand feet in elevation with nearby peaks up to twelve thousand feet high. The region is considered subarctic and after the first snows in early October the airport becomes quiet until the thaw in late May. The airport is capable of handling general aviation all the way up to 747's, as evidenced by Air Force One's visit several years ago. Finally West Yellowstone has a dedicated apron for smokejumper operations that make use of P3 Orions, Basler BT-67's, and other firebomber aircraft. Features - West Yellowstone airport in 30cm detail and 95.1 sq/mi (246.3 sq/km) of the surrounding valley including Hebgen Lake, the town of West Yellowstone, and Horse Butte in 90cm detail - Highly detailed depiction of West Yellowstone Airport - HD Ground Poly and apron details - Custom ground vehicles including a complete fire and rescue crew - Use of all current technologies including PeopleFlow 2, NatureFlow, StaticFlow, and CreatureFlow. All displayed dynamically through the powerful ObjectFlow - Blends seamlessly with the Central Rocky Mountains region - A short flight from Jackson Hole HD airport and the photoreal Yellowstone National Park included with Central Rocky Mountains Stay tuned, and prepare yourself for the big sky country, there is more to come!
  6. Here we go with another orbx pearl, placed in the PNW area. Swanson Airport 2W3 is a sweetly designed scenery by Alex Goff and Tim Harris. I wish I lived there, in one of those houses with a narrow GA airfield just a few feet away ... A big thank you goes out to Eberhard Haberkorn for the REX Essential repaint on the Centurion model !
