  1. Apologies Nick, this time log.txt says ... 0:00:28.613 E/SYS: +------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 0:00:28.613 E/SYS: | Error, could not locate image file for terrain 0:00:28.613 E/SYS: | Custom Scenery/Orbx_C_GB_South_TrueEarth_Orthos/terrain/ac40xfca0x17M.ter 0:00:28.613 E/SYS: | Custom Scenery/Orbx_C_GB_South_TrueEarth_Orthos/terrain/ 0:00:28.613 E/SYS: | ../textures/ac40xfca0x17.dds 0:00:28.613 E/SYS: | (REN_terrain.cpp:206) 0:00:28.613 E/SYS: +-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  2. Thanks Nick. I was unsure where to place your file. In the xplane log file it seems to be looking in: Custom Scenery/Orbx_C_GB_South_TrueEarth_Orthos/terrain/textures/ but there is also a textures directory Custom Scenery/Orbx_C_GB_South_TrueEarth_Orthos/textures/ so I copied your file into both locations (I created a textures sub directory in terrain) and still get the same eroor message.
  3. I have reinstalled windows, xplane and Orbx scenery but have 2 missing Orbx scenery files. If I run verify it finds no problems (I have cleaered temp and backup). I have raised this issue here before but that entry seems to have died. central.txt Log.txt
  4. OK, so now X-Plane reports two missing scenery locations. I have followed a previous thread for missing tiles, uninstall libraries, delete temp and backup, reboot, reinstall libraries but X-plane still reports the same missing files. Verify files runs without errors. Snip from X-Plane Log file ....... Error, could not locate image file for terrain 0:00:23.644 E/SYS: | Custom Scenery/Orbx_C_GB_South_TrueEarth_Orthos/terrain/ac80xfc70x17M.ter 0:00:23.644 E/SYS: | Custom Scenery/Orbx_C_GB_South_TrueEarth_Orthos/terrain/ 0:00:23.644 E/SYS: | ../textures/ac80xfc70
  5. OK, just done another net search and found this: "The error code it is crashing with relates to a missing system component. This is most often caused by missing system requirements as Nick mentioned. Can you run the following installers to double-check that they are installed on your machine correctly. Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015 (x64) https://www.microsoft.com/en-au/download/details.aspx?id=48145 Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 Redistributable Update 3 RC https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=52685 Visual C++ Redistributable for Visu
  6. Nope just the same. Yesterday I installed a Fresh copy of Win10 and X-Plane 11 on C: and tried another install of Orbx in the X-Plane directory with the same result. This is the error I get: So far I have installed Orbx 3 times with the same error.
  7. Currently my system says I have C: 782GB free of 930GB, D: 879GB free of 931GB and E: 1.81TB free of 1.81TB. C: contains Win10 and FS2020, D: contains X-Plane 11 and Orbx libraries. Any other thoughts? Thanks.
  8. New install of X-Plane 11 (without any add-ons) and Orbx. I have installed TEGBS in the central library but on completion the installer complains of missing files. The verifyer is unable to correct the errors. If I run X-Plane it complains of missing Orbx files and exits. What do I do next please?
  9. Hi just installed the above and found some aberrations in the mapping. At n52.8900 w0.4500 in a small settlement called Pickworth there are about 20, 50-60 floor blocks of flats which shouldn't be there. Also just to the west are several more similar buildings. Derry.
