  1. Thank you. Increasing anisotropic filtering solved it.
  2. After installing NZQN in P3D v3 with the recently updated installer, I find that the main runway texture displays an interesting blurring behavior. Basically it starts to blur a few hundred metres away from your view point. All other textures look ok. I've tried changing the P3D texture options. I tend to use 1024, but increased it to see if it would make a difference, but it didn't. http://www.fsfiles.org/flightsimshotsv2/image/G6RW http://www.fsfiles.org/flightsimshotsv2/image/G6RR http://www.fsfiles.org/flightsimshotsv2/image/G6RE http://www.fsfiles.org/f
  3. I just saw this thread and remembered seeing this the other day as well, after installing it on P3D3. Basically the runway texture starts to blur a few hundred metres away from your view point. 4. Thanks Wolter! Turning off the golf courses did the trick. Luckily there aren't too many frozen lakes around Melbourne this time of the year
  5. Have been flying around Victoria during the last few days, and on Mornington Peninsula I came across these weird texture "holes" today. From the distance they are a deep blue, like a lake where there isn't meant to be one. Coming closer the hole starts to cycle what appear to be random photo-real textures. The areas are free of any autogen, but are surrounded by autogen. Examples are at S38* 20' E 144* 44' and S38* 23' E 144* 54'. There were half a dozen other instances with 20 miles or so. I'm running P3D2.4. I have FTX Global installed as well, but FTX Central is set to Oceania, and I ac
  6. Thanks Holger. Just a coinidence then with the install of Norway. I suppose I hadn't noticed this in the past since, weather permitting, I tend to fly low and slow...
  7. UPDATE. After a few days in Norway I've now returned to PNW, and all of a sudden I'm getting these weird bridges there too. However this only started to happen with the FTX EU Norway install. Could it be the new library?
  8. Oh, I forgot to mention that the bridges scale normally as you get closer.
  9. Been flying around Norway during the last couple of days ... well nights really ... pretty dark up there this time of the year! Anyway, yesterday I came across some weird vertical "features", too many to just be abberations, eg: around ENHA and ENRN: This was from 12,000'. Decided to have a closer look today, and it turns out they are bridge pylons, that aren't scaling properly. Is this a known issue? I'm running P3D2.4, REX4, various ORBX add-ons (including the 141207 library), and also PILOT'S Global Ultimate. Cheers Gunther
