  1. Hello, There is an issue with texconv not being able to convert the required files. The error code relates to a missing system component, however your log shows that almost all files have been successfully converted. Can you run the following installers to double check that they are installed on your machine correctly.   2. Hello, This is the error that you're receiving: System.IO.IOException: The process cannot access the file 'D:\FSX\Orbx\Scripts\orbx_cpl_ybas.xml' because it is being used by another process." Please make sure that the simulator is not running and click 'Verify Files', also ensuring that any antivirus is disabled as this can interfere with the installation process. If this doesn't work, try to reboot your computer and try again.

Hi, Please could you ensure Orbx Central is closed and delete the .auth file found at: C:\Users\Your Username\AppData\Roaming\Orbx\Central\.auth Entering %APPDATA%\Orbx\Central into Windows Explorer will also take you straight there. Then reopen Central and try to log in. If the issue persists please could you provide a screenshot of what you are seeing, and another copy of your central.log file. Thanks.

  7. Hello. We are aware of these issues and we're doing our best to resolve them as soon as possible. It is possible to manually download the scenery files. You can do this by going to https://orbxdirect.com then go to your account page and select the scenery package you wish to install. Then at the bottom you will see a manual download option: Clicking 'Orbx Central Manual Download' will download a .c4 file. Then open Orbx Central, navigate to the product you just downloaded and click 'Install via Manual Download'. Select th
  8. Hi, This is done automatically when you install Orbx Libraries. If for some reason you need to "rerun" this, you can click 'Verify Files' on Orbx Libraries and the same process will run.
  9. Hello, Please can you confirm which page you are getting the spinning circle on? I have loaded Orbx Central to try to reproduce the problem and I can see the spinning circle on the home page when in offline mode. The rest of Orbx Central should still work (e.g be able to access your installed products and settings pages). We will work on a fix for the home page issue. Thanks, Luke

Hi, This fix for this issue is explained in this topic: If you read the first post, manually adding "Required=FALSE" to any scenery config blocks which do not have the required field present, will fix this issue temporarily.
