  1. Jodrell Bank Telescope is now floating above the ground following XP11.50 update.
  2. I seem to have solved my elevation issues with EGHA (Compton Abbas), however I have lost shadows over the area that was a problem before - OK on the main part of the airfield. Config.cfg attached and pics. add-ons.cfg scenery.cfg
  3. Well this is all rather odd! See my other query about P3DV4 constantly requesting activation of add-ons. I cured this using the latest version of Lorby-Si Add-on Organiser (V1.43 b03.) This detected all the new ORBX scenery as add-ons and has successfully updated the add-ons.cfg for P3DV4. It also seems to have fixed the elevation problems, but I cannot explain how. I literally started up the addon organiser program and then saved the changes it did automatically. I'm happy, but it may cause some head scratching for the ORBX developers. Let me k
  4. I may have solvede this one. First I tried uninstalling and re-installing some of my scenery - this had no effect. I then loaded up the latest version of Lorby-Si Add-on Organiser (V1.43 b03.) This detected all the new ORBX scenery as add-ons and has successfully updated the add-ons.cfg for P3DV4. The new cfg file is attached along with the original - *cfg.P4AOBAK add-ons.cfg add-ons.cfg.P4AOBAK
  5. Hi Nick, I have renamed the file but no difference. Thanks for the quick response.
  6. Hello Nic, The file you pointed out is located in; D:\Program Files\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v4\Scenery\World
  7. Noticed elevation wrong in Compton Abbas, so ran the auto config tool under Global Vector. Upon restarting P3D the changes have not been made - see screenshot. Operating system: Windows 10 Simulator: P3DV4 Screenshot: Issue: central.log
  8. Having migrated all of my scenery through ORBX Central, P3D now asks me to enable most of them whenever I start it. It does not seem to remember my answers. As I have 'A LOT' of ORBX scenery, this is rather a pain to get it going. Is there a way to stop this happening? I tried running HELP/ReSync for my scenery but it came up with an error: Various log files attached. Could not find a basic log or error file for P3D, like X-Plane has. Do they create one?? Cheers Operating system: Windows 10 Simulator: P3DV4.5
  9. Thanks, I did a quick search but did not find that one. Please feel free to move my message there and close this report. Thanks
  10. Good morning, Today I am migrating all my P3D products into my ORBX library. Everything seems to be going well, except for Netherlands True Earth, which generates the error in the screenshot. I have retried twice with the same result. Logs attached. If this does not work I will have to resort to uninstall/re-install. Cheers Operating system: Windows 10 Simulator: P3D Screenshot: Issue: central.log
  11. Looks like I have managed to migrate all my scenery now, but I have to run 'sync simulator' after I have finished in order to get the symbolic links. It does not seem to work automatically. Thanks for pointing me in that direction. :-) I have also (31/07/2019) installed some scenery that was purchad but not installed, and that process seems to have created a symbolic link without any problem. Looks like it's only the migration process that needs a little 'kick' at the end.

  13. Just tried a minor tweak. Southampton EGHI was in my custom scenery folder, and also loaded in my library - not sure why. Having deleted the files from my custom scenery folder, I tried the 'sync simulator' option you mentioned. I now have what I guess is a symbolic link in my custom scenery folder (never seen one before) - see screenshot. It has not updated my scenery.ini file, but I guess that must now be a manual job after a start/stop of x-plane. Will report on further progress! Interesting to see that the scenery.ini file shows the scenery as if
  14. Sorry, I have been fiddling a little with this since I wrote. F:\X-Plane 11\Custom Scenery definately exists. Does H:\FLIGHT SIMULATION\ORBX\ORBX LIBRARY\UK True Earth\xp11\TrueEarth Great Britain South\Custom Scenery exist? - It did, but I have since moved/deleted things since. Can you try pressing 'Sync Simulator', which can be found in Central under Settings, Help. This will remove and recreate the symlinks. I will do once I have things 'back to normal' a bit. My current plan is; Having renamed my custom scenery folder, and created a new one with just the ba
