  1. Try the airfield documents available here... http://www.nats-uk.ead-it.com/public/index.php%3Foption=com_content&task=blogcategory&id=67&Itemid=116.html In the textual data, I interpret the instruction in 2.17 as needing clearance from Heathrow once exceeding 1500ft above the airfield or 2 miles from it if below 1500ft. There's further details in 2.22.....
  2. I understand about the difference between the passwords. It is when I try to set up ther ORBX Direct account. I'll raise a support ticket as you suggest.
  3. Yes, its the same one I used to register on the forum and to purchase at FSS.
  4. I already posted a topic on this. It is now marked as "resolved" although since this problem isn't solved for me and I'm the one that started it, I'd like it opened up again. I am trying to register on the ORBX site but it won't accept what I think is my password and when I ask for a reset I get nothing sent to my email. I have checked my junk mail settings but no joy there either. If I try to create a new account (with a different email address) I don't get a validation email for that either.
  5. Not a dumb question but there's nothing in there...
  6. I tried to download FTX-Central 3 but am then asked to log in. If I try to get the site to send a new password nothing comes through to my email. I can get in to the forum's here but otherwise I seem to be stuck... Orbx - FTX: EU England : FSS0193262
  7. Had one problem recently though... There were a couple of robotic automated calls of the "This ... is ... your ... credit ... card ... card ... company ... Mr <pause> Williams.... " that I put the phone down on thinking, "ruddy scammers!" Trouble was, it actually was them and it wasn't until I got a snail mail letter that I found out my card had been cloned and stopped (by coincidence, I'd been using another card - I like to spread my favours around). They seemed surprised when I told them they should use human beings if they didn't want people to think they were just another
  8. Great - its fixed my problem. :-)
  9. Thanks for the quick response! Cheers. John
  10. I'm really enjoying EGCW it makes a little airfield a big experience! I had to move out EGCW files from my UK 2000 installation to avoid double runway numbers and some conflict with the taxiways etc.All is good now except for one small issue. Has anyone else got this hard line across the lake on the approach to runway 22 where it looks like two texture tiles meet? I'm currently running in springtime. Order Number: FSS0432372
  11. Many thanks Greg, that has fixed it. Perfect!
  12. Greg.... No problem, thanks for getting to this. Here's what there is in the \ORBX\FTX_EU\FTX_EU_ENG_05_SCENERY\scenery, all files dated 28/10/2012.... 13. Should have added - I'm running FSX... Cheers. John
  14. After installing the EGHP 1.10 update I've noticed that the fence around the BP garage close to the start of runway 26 seems to be levitated from the ground level.... You can see what I mean here....
  15. Thanks, Holger, that sounds credible. It was a cold day! John
