  1. @Jon Clarke OK thank you very much, but turns out I went to attempt to update it this morning and now it has let me re-install it. So I think that is all the help I needed but you were very helpful.
  2. I own the GB North Orbx Product and am currently attempting to update it but I am continually being given a message saying 'COULDN'T READ PRODUCT DATA, ATTEMPT TO UPDATE AGAIN' . I have tried to retry the update many times and have been faced by the same message over and over. This is very annoying as it means I am unable to use this product which cost me £50. Please anyone who has any ideas on how I could fix this please!! Thanks Cameron
