When parking the Magknight B787-900 at position F01 there are 2 jetways available, one named "jetway", the other one "F01" (image 1). For the left front door there are both connections available (images 2&3). For the 2nd door on the left side only a connection with "F01" is available (image 4), but "F01" is too far away so it brakes apart when connecting (image 5).
