Hi All: I think I fixed my problem with posting images. I was copying the link addresses to notepad, and then copying all of them at once to the forum. This time, I copied the link address directly to the forum, one by one, and it looks like it worked! YAHOO! Mike Gutierrez, North Hollywood, California7 points

As I said above, the update is coming, and I forgot to send the files to the Senior Staff to update the name, happens sometimes, my fault I'm here to create (at least to try) a good scenery, taking the politics to the side. There is no matter to do that in purpose, because I don't have any profit.I try to create the scenery as real as I can, so if the airport name in real-life is Skopje International Airport, in the simulator will be the same, so I apologize once again4 points

I will send the updated files tommorow, so there is going to be an update for the airport name in close future. Cheers Teo4 points

Thanks to everyone guys. I really apologize, I totally forgot to place the new files with the new name, I really apologize about that, I don't plan to include any political statements here and so on..I will have a talk with some of the Senior Staff about an update for that. @cdv0007thank you so much for your video and your comments.4 points

It's not "officially' possible at present. Some users have been reverse engineering the files used to modify the mesh and have made products from the hacks, but Asobo don't offer any supported way to do this3 points

Hi, thanks Nick, I see, that's the fine print. Kind regards, Michael3 points

Next up for a preview is Kristiansand, which is getting closer to release by the day. This development build still has a few loose ends to tie up, but on the whole, gives a great picture of the quality to be expected - i.e. the very highest! Kristiansand will also be coming to Prepar3D after the release for Microsoft Flight Simulator.2 points

Just something from when I was puttering around in XPlane. Doing a bit of housekeeping and was going to get rid of them , but then decided perhaps they might be good enough for a posting .... Cheers Pete2 points

The name of the airport is not "Alexander the Great" anymore. In February 2018, "Alexander the Great" was dropped from the airport's name in a move to improve relations with Greece following the Prespa agreement. The correct name today is Skopje International Airport.2 points

Fantastic modelling of Paris. Looking forward to this coming out soon. Orbx are setting a high bar with these cityscapes, some other developers have tried to create 100+ buildings but the quality drops off drmatically. This is an outstanding effort by the team, well done.2 points

I did not know this text, done by Douglas Adams. But this man knows the world, and even the answer to it. And, as I love that country and its people, I just have to post (or repeat) it here. Australia – according to Douglas Adams Australia is a very confusing place, taking up a large amount of the bottom half of the planet. It is recognizable from orbit because of many unusual features, including what at first looks like an enormous bite taken out of its southern edge; a wall of sheer cliffs which plunge into the girting sea Geologists assure us that this is simply an a1 point

Hi, although I appreciate the city landmarks packs like London, Singapore and Paris, they only cover a tiny area in regions otherwise devoid of interesting landmarks. What I'd love to see are landmarks packs that include every Landmark of a True Earth region, like GB North, not only the famous buildings but also VFR reference points like wind turbines, chimney stacks... Is there any chance we might see something like this in the not too distant future?1 point

Maybe CARENADO has inverted the wings of the biplane? So it takes off upside down and lands upright! Cheers !1 point

Hi, see attached an extract of my scenery_packs.ini with all the airports and sceneries of the canaries. The trick is to have the Spain UHD tiles installed (except for La Palma and La Gomera) ABOVE the ortho&mesh tile of Orbx, and have the Orbx overlays above the SpainUHD folders, so the Orbx overlays show up even above the Spain UHD scenery. Then have all custom canaries airports above the Orbx provided airport file, and GCLA on the top. That should do it. scenery_packs.ini1 point

Thank you Teo Gerovski !It is a great work ! I took a short flight from LDDU to LWSK. Regarding the approach procedure of LWSK in the navigation data of fslabs, the mandatory height of the last few points seems to be incorrect, which makes it impossible to display the T/D correctly. After flying over the airport VOR, manual flight is required. The production of the airport conforms to the usual Orbx style, but there are some problems. 1. In the normal GS approch, the indication of PAPI light is high (3 white and 1 red) 2. There is no configuration tool in the airport, 3D gras1 point

Hello, it probably is worth linking this topic. As a simple first step to check, the default Scenery\BASE\Scenery\lclookup.bgl file is 32 KB. The Orbx version is 52 KB. The default terrain.cfg file is 148 KB, the Orbx version is 456 KB.1 point

Hello. You can fly the A320 right away or not? Simply use a search filter for narrow body jets and it should show flights with runways that have the required length. And it shouldnt matter what plane you use for that flight then. I didnt try it myself but will do later. Should work though.1 point
