  3. Time to leave Europe, as I have to inspect a new instalment to my P3D. Getting the Airbus ready in Bergen... ... and heading out over the North Sea... ... towards Scotland. A slightly limited view welcomes us ... ... which cleared up upon further descent. Edinburgh city, but beware: This is not the hop-on-hop-off tour. Here we are, ready to explore the surrounding. I have stayed at the airport seven years ago, maybe I can find the hotel in Orbx s

  4. A final highlight for my winter tour goes from a highlight of Norways airports, Sogndal/Haukasen... ... along the magnificient Sognefjord. We´re not alone here, Henrik has created some fantastic ships to add life. The Wergeland Industrial area. Jack, you are needed here: This one might be the Nordhordaland Bridge (there are so many here that is is difficult to tell). There might be Bergen/Flesland airport out below, ... ... yes, it is there.

  5. It looks great, planning a flight from ESSA now to here. But ESSA has some extremely serious flickering on all the buildings so I could a Marcus thread to uninstall and reinstall it. Doing it now. The flickering was so bad I thought I was gonna have a seizure. So here's some shots I made using a chopper.

  6. TrueEarth in X-Plane is really unparalleled in my opinion. Here's a 727 doing an out and back to test the fluidity and handling here, high marks on all counts.

  9. The L1011 was, IMHO the finest wide body ever made - too fine for air carriers. This is an old model rehabbed for XP11, 2D panel and all but it looks fine in a screenie.

  13. Orbx is continuing business as usual through the COVID-19 pandemic. Our Essendon (AU) office has been in quarantine for a few days due to one close contact, and staff have been working remotely. Everyone will be physically back in the office next week. Staff at our Havant (UK) office have this week taken the precautionary measure of working from home for the time being as well. Our Company is very used to, and prepared to work remotely. We are lucky in that regard that something like this has not affected us much, but our thoughts and best wishes go to all

  16. I do not have any addon scenery for this airport, so I have to assume that what I found is from one of my Orbx products because there is a lot is a going on here from graffiti on a building wall, to people flow characters sweeping the ground, fixing an airplane, etc. Nice job. Howard

  19. Good to see that we oldies can still have a bit of a laugh, even in a pandemic.. eight days in intensive care, and I am back now, but have developed double pneumonia. on top of that we have the country shut down so my poor wife and I are stuck in the house.. Oh well, it could be worse, my system could fail, and I would not be able to read the forums..thanks for small mercies, Teecee.

  27. I've got my old 32-bit A2A Accusim birds working again! The free download of the 64-bit P-40 was the solution. 1. Oh yeah! 2. I was so excited that I forgot to close the canopy. 3. Really, this is the old FSX bird in P3Dv4! 4. So I also did a check with the FSX Mustang. Both airplanes are Accusim! 5. Boy, did I mis this bird! 6. Eh... Yeeeehah? Cheers, Ben.

  30. If have them working in P3Dv4. I don't use FSX anymore for over two years. Sorry, I didn't mention that. The correlation is A2A_Accusim.dll and code_s.xml. I copied the two files of the P-40 into P3D's gauge folder (overwriting the 32-bit dll of the FSX versions of the planes). The FSX versions use this 64-bit dll now. The T-6 looses it's internal audio, so I had to install an alternative audiopack (Warwick Carter's T-6) for it.

  31. Croeso i Gymru (Welcome to Wales). Introducing Orbx EGCK Caernarfon Airport for X-Plane 11 by Tony Wroblewski. Caernarfon (pronounced [KUH] + [NAA] + [VUHN]) (Maes Awyr Caernarfon) is a lovely general aviation airport located right in the heart of Snowdonia, North Wales, in one of the most scenic and popular tourist areas in the UK. Having spent many days around this scenic area, Tony has always wanted to recreate this airfield and have it as a base to explore this stunning area from the air, and he is very pleased to share this airport with you. 32. The statements of the Premier Conte to the Italians with the new provisions: « I have chosen not to hide the reality that is before our eyes every day. It is the most difficult crisis since the second post-war period. These days leave us images that will not be easy to erase from our memory. We must continue to respect all the rules, with patience and trust. These are strict measures, I am aware of it. Right now we have to resist. Our sacrifice to stay home, at least considering the risks faced by doctors and nurses, law enforcement personnel and road hauliers. Today we deci

  35. Sorry JacK but I'm thrilled for what you wrote. "All" influences like last year's have their "medicine" or "vaccine" while COVID-19 does not "yet" have a vaccine or medicine and this should make us understand the danger of this contagion is a pandemony that potentially if left untreated as it is happening "all over the world" could assume the infectious potential as those in past centuries such as the plague that made 20 million victims in Europe or the Spanish fever that killed 100 million people in the world just because there were no vaccines or medicines for treatment as until now for

  43. Hello, it seems that this is a fairly common problem. The reason is usually that the Orbx version of the lclookup.bgl file has been replaced with another one, usually the default version. The second reason is also because the Orbx edits to the terrain.cfg file have been replaced, once again usually by the default version. Both these files are crucial to the correct display of Orbx Global base and all the open LC products. It is important to be aware that if the Delete Generated Files batch file in the P3D root folder has been run, the terrain.cfg file wi
