  4. I hope I understand you right The Centerseat is only, because I am flying alone, so its in the moment no need to get two seats and its so the best view. The models are the Samsung S32E650C - But you have to know, thats only FullHD. For flying an movies ok, but not for grafic-working. And there are two videos: One from the building this flightsim and another, how to get my flightsim to a workdesk.

  5. Hey folks, this is my contribution for October. An unsurprisingly cloudy and rainy day above Bergen in Norway. To me it is something like Europe's New Zealand Just beautiful. Best of luck to all of you!

  10. So, got as far as Raiatea, and it's getting pretty dark and the storm is not easing up. But hey, it looks impressive in the dark. So, this is the "turning round and heading back" part of the trip. Some more amazing storm stuff, plus a very scary landing. Again - masses of grabs, but I figured this was a rare opportunity to grab such scenes Some of these look like I've gone UFO spotting All lit up by a blast off to starboard

  12. Just bought the Alabeo Piper Saratoga. What a great plane! One of my favorites already. 1. Nice clean cockpit. Made a trip from Jacksons PNG to Lae Nadzab Airport (AYNZ). 2. Take-off in already dawn time so the arrival should be in the dark. 3. Approaching the mountains at FL100. Raised it to FL120 since there was some massive land in the way. 4. An executives view. 5. Nice light. 6. Nice light? Great light! Soon it will be dark while in a new plane for only the second time. 7. Goo

  16. Well, uh, actually I'm pretty sure they just released Dubrovnik and Narvik, and who can say how many other 'viks' they have in the pipeline that none of us know anything about yet. So I don't think it is fair to suggest that they've ignored the rest of the planet in favor the U.S.

  20. About 12 years ago a bought an expensive (at the time) 1300$ 30 in LG monitor 2560x1600... still as sharp as it was when I bought it. I run 3 monitor but in window mode (2 others are for info), even on a single 24in FPS was about the same so I don't think CPU - FPS is affected by screen size. It's now when a good GPU is needed at those resolution. FSX is also set at that native resolution (i think). My old GTX 590 never had a real problem. The third monitor is on a cheap graphic USB adapter. Ben

  24. The old location is probably still in your Registry, use the registry tool that you can download from this site. This will point the installer to the correct location.

  25. No, it's just replacement texture for texture of the default FSX set.

  26. I sure hope not that OrbX models itself on Aerosoft a company which has persistently refused to adapt its catalogue to P3D because of the cost. OrBX did it swiftly (considering its huge catalogue) and free. OrbX showed loyalty to its customers unlike AS. As for the EULA, Michael said it. Its lawyers found a subtle way for MS to sell the ESP/FSX "exclusivity" to two buyers. I don't see anything related to nat'l security in that !

  27. I'm not sure, but you could try just running FTX Central and maybe also open up the "Insertion Point" tool. save this and see if your Scenery.cfg has been replaced. If that doesn't work first time, try copying a default Scenery.cfg file (P3D has several in different locations) to the program data folder and try running FTX Central again. Also, quite often when any sceneries are installed, the installer will make a backup of the Scenery.cfg. Just have a look if there are any recent backups you could rename and use. Cheers,

  29. That EULA question has neither to do with national security nor with Darth Vader. It's a contract LM signed with MS which as any contract can not me modified at will. I think we are well-advised to let this EULA matter rest in peace. Just my 2c. Kind regards, Michael
